For a theory to be taken seriously, it must define exactly how it can be proven wrong. The Physics Mandate implements a Grounded Success Metrics system to govern ISL development.
Primary Metrics
1. Falsification Readiness Score (FRS): Measures how close specific claims are to being experimentally testable.
2. Quantitative Precision Index (QPI): The degree to which a claim is backed by a specific, numerical equation rather than verbal reasoning. (e.g. LEGO-MoE = 100% QPI).
3. Citation Integrity Score (CIS): Ensuring every claim is connected to established, peer-reviewed physics literature.
4. Reproduciability Index (RI): The likelihood that a third party can achieve the same results given the documentation.
The Quarterly Review Protocol
The Mandate is not a static document. It is subject to recursive audits.
- QPI < 50%: The claim remains “speculative”.
- FRS < 20%: The claim remains “pre-theoretical”.
This protocol protects the ISL framework from the “grandiose claim” trap and ensures that every step toward a Theory of Everything is measured with scientific rigor.
